Addendum 4—Update to Appendix B in Addendum 2 Posted

ATI has updated Appendix B, INPP Agency Participant Information to include the estimated number of accounts that will be supplied to the Pilot HUB Operators.  The numbers provided are subject to change prior to the start of the Pilot Program.
